University of Fredericton voted Readers’ Choice in three categories in Canadian Occupational Safety magazine

The University of Fredericton (UFred) has been recognized as being Canadian Occupational Safety (COS) magazine’s Readers’ Choice for OHS Certificate Programs, OHS Diploma Programs, and OHS Degree Programs.

The Readers’ Choice survey issued by the magazine covered 52 different categories, encompassing a wide range of health and safety related products, programs, training, and more. Tens of thousands of ballots were cast by readers who selected their preferred organizations and firms.

“We’re glad to have received this seal of approval from the health and safety community,” said Shawna-Raye Endresen, Program Manager at the University of Fredericton, “we’re committed to ensuring that our health and safety education is ever-evolving with the needs of industry while meeting the highest possible academic standards.”

The School of Applied Occupational Health Specialities at the University of Fredericton currently offers nine different online health and safety programs, including a series of innovative certificates for psychological health and safety in the workplace. The School has grown to more than 1500 students across Canada and internationally.
