Wednesday, May 3, was the successful culmination of a whirlwind tour of UFred10 celebrations. In total, UFred10 has raised over $10,000 for donation to various, selected charities across Canada. The four charities selected were:

University of Fredericton launches online course to enhance resiliency, help students cope with stress with special course discounts available to current students and alumni

In order to address the growing need for skills and strategies that help individuals to better manage stress, the University of Fredericton is pleased to be launching a new, fully online course called Enhancing Workplace Resiliency. Designed by Dr. Joti Samra and Dr. Rakesh Jetly, the Enhancing Workplace Resiliency course will help students to learn effective coping mechanisms and strategies that lead to more productive, healthier, and well-balanced lives, both inside and outside of the workplace. A. 11 years in May

Q. What is your favorite part of working at UFred?
A. Without hesitation, the people. Without the employees of UFred, we would not be successful. Their pride, dedication, passion, and enthusiasm makes coming to work each day wonderful!

Q. Tell us an Interesting/Fun Fact about you:
A. I have a son graduating high school and going off to college, a beautiful chocolate lab named Allie and I have been married for 19 years this year.  Also, I have been playing on the same ladies volleyball team for over 20 years!  It’s crazy how quickly time flies!
