What to Expect

No Residency Requirements

At the University of Fredericton (UFred), we do not offer residency for our students. All courses are delivered completely online making it convenient for adult students to maintain their work and family commitments while continuing their education. Students are able to study from anywhere with Internet access!

Virtual Classes

UFred guarantees your learning experience will be a positive one. Online students receive the same high-quality education obtained from an on-campus program; degree programs are fully accredited and students interact with professors and peers on an ongoing basis in a weekly vClass (virtual classroom). They can ask questions, participate in discussions, and work collaboratively on study material. Student work groups are able to engage in their very own private vClass, available to them 24/7 for the duration of their course. This room is separate from their regular weekly vClass, and can be accessed only by individual work groups.

Accessible. Affordable. Accredited.

UFred delivers university programs completely online with no residency requirements. Students can earn their degree at home, at the office, or on business travel. Online, on your time.

Our tuition rates are affordable and payment methods are flexible. Students may pay course-at-a-time or by instalment.
